Opis i wymagania
What you will do
Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong customer relationships
Develop key accounts through solid product knowledge, market understanding, and service expertise
Proactively identify and develop new potential customers with a strong winning mindset
Prepare and submit required documents for review and approval in accordance with internal procedures
Support the sales team in resolving issues encountered at key customer accountsTrack and manage project progress to ensure timely execution
Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors
This is a field-based position, supporting projects located in Southern Taiwan (Tainan & Kaohsiung)定期拜訪客戶並維護客戶關係

What you will bring
At least 5 years of experience in direct sales; experience in machinery sales or engineering-related products is a plus
Background in energy or industrial sectors with project management experience is preferred
Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently, and equipped with strong communication skills
Ability to use CRM systems for customer development and management
Must hold a valid driver’s license, be comfortable driving for business visits, and be open to visiting jobsite environments

具備能源或工業相關背景及專案管理經驗為佳
主動積極,能獨立完成作業並具備具備良好的溝通能力
能運用客戶管理系統(CRM)進行客戶開發與管理
需持有有效的汽車駕照,能適應以開車進行商務拜訪,並不排斥工地環境
