What you will do

  • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Develop key accounts through solid product knowledge, market understanding, and service expertise

  • Proactively identify and develop new potential customers with a strong winning mindset

  • Prepare and submit required documents for review and approval in accordance with internal procedures
    Support the sales team in resolving issues encountered at key customer accounts

  • Track and manage project progress to ensure timely execution
    Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors
    This is a field-based position, supporting projects located in Southern Taiwan (Tainan & Kaohsiung)

  • 工作地點為Field based,根據南部(台南+高雄)專案進行。


What you will bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in direct sales; experience in machinery sales or engineering-related products is a plus

  • Background in energy or industrial sectors with project management experience is preferred

  • Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently, and equipped with strong communication skills

  • Ability to use CRM systems for customer development and management

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license, be comfortable driving for business visits, and be open to visiting jobsite environments

  • 具有業務直接銷售經驗至少五年以上,若為機械銷售或相關工程產品銷售更佳

  • 具備能源或工業相關背景及專案管理經驗為佳

  • 主動積極,能獨立完成作業並具備具備良好的溝通能力

  • 能運用客戶管理系統(CRM)進行客戶開發與管理

  • 需持有有效的汽車駕照,能適應以開車進行商務拜訪,並不排斥工地環境
