We are FIQ (Subscription & Development Platform IT), the team that bridges Hilti's business needs with cutting-edge cloud technology. As an IT Business Analyst Intern, you'll work at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation, helping translate complex subscription business requirements into technical solutions for our cloud platform. You'll collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders across Global IT and various business units to shape how Hilti's digital services evolve.

This role offers a unique opportunity to understand enterprise IT from both sides—the business challenges driving digital transformation and the technical architecture enabling it. You'll work on real initiatives involving subscription management, identity services, AWS platform capabilities, and integrations with enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce. A key aspect of this role is developing an understanding of AWS cloud services and solutions—learning how different AWS products can address business needs and enable platform capabilities. As part of our international, multidisciplinary team, you'll gain exposure to how large-scale IT platforms support global business operations. The start date for the internship is flexible to the student's availability with a duration of at least 4-6 months.
