We are looking for an Account Manager for the Belgrade territory, operating within the Steel & Metal Trade.

As Account Manager, you won’t just be selling — you’ll be developing new business opportunities, managing processes, and coordinating with colleagues. Every day will bring a new challenge: you’ll be on construction sites, in offices, companies, or production plants, always at the center of the action.

You’ll work in the field, testing yourself in a dynamic, demanding, and constantly evolving environment. You’ll collaborate with numerous internal stakeholders.

You’ll present our most innovative products, showcase our cutting‑edge software, and propose unique, customized services and solutions. You’ll build trusted relationships with customers, helping them find the best Hilti solutions for their business.

- Bachelor’s Degree: a university degree in any relevant field.

- Driving license: a valid driving license
