We’re looking for a customer-focused and motivated Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support and build strong relationships with our customers.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, assisting customers with enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and solution-oriented. You’ll build trust by understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and delivering a high standard of service that enhances the overall customer experience.

We’re looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is an advantage, but full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your knowledge and succeed in the role.
