Talent Acquisition Business Partner (m/f/x)

Talent Nurtured. Business Energized.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to help us attract and hire outstanding talent across Global IT, Software, Business Units, and other global functions. In this role, you will be a trusted partner in our ongoing search for great people—shaping our employer brand, delivering excellent candidate experience, and building strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders worldwide.

Mobility plays an important role in developing future leaders at Hilti. Starting your journey at Headquarters gives you broad exposure to global projects and teams, and after a few years, many colleagues grow further by taking on roles in other countries or regions. We are therefore looking for someone who is open to international mobility as part of their long‑term development.

Our office is a multicultural workplace, where our teams are working together with a shared set of values and goals.

This full-time position is available as soon as possible, it can be based in Schaan, Liechtenstein or Kaufering, Germany.

What you’ll do

Thanks to your expert understanding of what excellent talent looks like, you build candidate pipelines to consistently find, vet, and close that talent over time: you take full ownership of the recruitment journey. This means that you define and own the Talent Acquisition strategy for the population in scope with a creative and solution-oriented mindset, as well as maintain clear communication with internal hiring teams, setting clear expectations to candidates and hiring managers about the process and timelines. You are a true Business Partner to your internal stakeholders, with the ability to bring in market insights and build a culture of recruiting excellence. You advise on addressable talent markets, bring knowledge about the local job market, create talent pools and engage with future candidates to keep them interested in upcoming opportunities within the organization.

You establish key metrics to assess pipeline and talent acquisition effectiveness including DE&I program impact, talent team engagement, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness.

What you’ll bring

To help you succeed, we’ll provide you with everything you need so that we’re driving impact together from day one. You’ll find a stable working environment, exceptional support, learning and development, and a great team around you. Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

  • Multiple years’ experience of in-house Talent Acquisition or within an agency environment with international exposure
  • Proven experience in sourcing, building talent pipelines and hiring in an international context
  • A collaborative, strategic mindset with the ability to partner closely with stakeholders
  • Independent working style with a “Getting Things Done” mindset
  • Fluency in both English and German

What’s in it for you

We really value our people, and we've worked hard to develop a reward package that reflects this, creating your future to be just how you would want it. Some of our benefits include:

  • Connection with a diverse community of over 2,100 colleagues from 70 nationalities in a region where Liechtenstein, Austria, and Switzerland intersect.
  • Employee groups actively supporting causes like female empowerment and the LGBTQIA+ community.
  • Leisure activities like mountain biking and tennis.
  • Opportunities for community engagement both locally and internationally.
  •  Shared e-bikes, an on-site gym, dining options, learning opportunities, financial guidance, free parking, fuel discounts, workation, sabbatical, home office opportunity, flexible and trust-based working hours, meditation/ relaxation rooms, Hilti tool rental service, massage possibilities, and relocation support.
