About the role

As a HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders to deliver people strategies that support organizational goals. This role acts as a trusted advisor to management, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities while ensuring best-practice people management, employee engagement, and compliance. This role balances care and accountability, combining strong people advocacy with practical, business-focused HR solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively partner with leaders to diagnose business needs and align HR initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and performance.

  • Act as the primary advisor to managers on employee relations issues, providing guidance on performance concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy and employment legislation

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment strategies for all positions within the organization and to also hire for positions that are not within the scope of the Talent Acquisition team.  

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to build a sustainable talent pipeline by identifying, developing, and retaining critical talent, ensuring leadership continuity and long-term organizational capability through effective succession planning.

  • Shape and enable end‑to‑end employee experiences from onboarding through career development and key transitions to drive engagement, capability growth, and retention.

  • Use HR data and dashboards to proactively identify patterns and recommend practical, data‑driven interventions to improve workforce effectiveness.

What we're looking for

  • Masters or Degree in any field.

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with stakeholders.

  • Experience in driving HR initiatives and programmes that improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and data analytics tools.
