Account Manager, Energy & Industry
What's the role?
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Energy & Industry sales team. In this role you will create success for your customers by providing them with innovative, value-added products, services and software. You are responsible for the overall development of customer relationships in the Central Finland as well as Northern and Southern Savonia.
What You’ll do
As an Energy & Industry Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing customer relationships in your area and industry. You visit our clients at their work sites and find out how Hilti could help them. Manufacturing sites, construction sites, offices and warehouses will become familiar to you.
You get a lot of responsibility and your own client portfolio, which includes, for example, construction experts, project managers, designers, business executives and owners. We count on you to do what it takes to achieve excellent results. You manage your own calendar, but you work in a team that values collaboration.
We sell with a professional, consultative approach and very practical approach. At the same time, you are selling software and services that represent the brightest in development and create added value for our customers' business. Work is a long way from traditional cold call sales, as it is about maintaining existing customer relationships and helping old and new customers find innovative and cost-effective solutions to their needs. With this mission, you can truly develop our customer relationships with a long-term, solution-focused approach.
What You’ll bring
• Relevant educational background (e.g. commercial or technical)
• Fluent knowledge of Finnish and English
• Passion for teamwork and the ability to create good collaboration both within the team and with clients
• Good business spirit and ability to establish and develop long-term customer relationships
• Excellent interaction and presentation skills
