Role Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will act as a technical consultant, providing professional engineering support and solutions to Hilti customers and specifiers. You will develop technical specifications, engineering calculations, and construction solutions while working closely with Sales and Engineering teams to deliver the best solutions for customer projects.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional technical support and consultation to Hilti customers and specifiers through phone, email, and direct communication.

• Develop technical solutions, engineering specifications, calculations, and construction method statements based on customer requirements.

• Support customer technical submissions and approval processes.

• Identify customer challenges, provide improvement recommendations, and deliver practical engineering solutions.

• Provide technical support to internal teams, especially Sales and Engineering colleagues.

• Build strong customer relationships and support long-term business development.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Construction, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Technical or construction experience; experience combining engineering knowledge with customer-facing or sales experience is preferred.

• Experience using CAD and BIM tools in a commercial or project environment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Effective communication skills in Chinese and English, including verbal and written communication.

我們期待您具備

• 工程相關學士學位，土木、營建、建築或機械工程背景尤佳。

• 具備技術或營建相關經驗，若同時具備客戶服務或業務相關經驗尤佳。

• 熟悉 CAD 及 BIM 工具應用，並具備商業或專案環境使用經驗。

• 具備良好的溝通能力，能清楚傳達技術概念並與不同利害關係人合作。

• 具備中英文口說及書面溝通能力。
