Role Overview
As a Process/Project Manager Global Logistics Systems, you will support the implementation of Hilti’s Lead2030 strategy by driving cross-functional initiatives in large project execution. This role focuses on coordinating global process improvements and ensuring alignment across functions to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance.
This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 15–25%.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design, improvement, and standardization of end-to-end processes across project execution, fulfilment, material management, and prefabrication
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and business units to analyze current practices and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and performance
- Support global and regional teams in rollout and adoption of process frameworks and best practices
- Facilitate change management activities including communication, training, and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to strategic planning by aligning process initiatives with business objectives and performance metrics
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a global environment; exposure to SAP ERP in logistics, supply chain, or digital transformation
- Experience in process development, optimization, and implementation within complex project or supply chain environments
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives across matrix organizations
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
