Operations Manager (Logistics, Service & Fleet)

Responsible for logistics team and service & fleet operations. Developing, implementing and improving logistics services and processes as well as local strategies and networks in line with regional and global targets. Ensuring strong support to the business to meet customer expectations while achieving strong operational and financial results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and develop the local Logistics and Service & Fleet teams, ensuring efficient workload planning and high-quality execution

• Drive an outstanding customer experience by ensuring smooth logistics, fleet and service operations, resolving issues effectively and delivering high-quality service

• Lead strategic and cross-functional projects focused on process optimization, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement

• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, inventory optimization, back-order processes, and support for large customer projects

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and regional stakeholders to implement best practices and strategic initiatives

• Monitor business performance, analyze operational data, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decision-making

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, service operations

• Several years of experience leading and developing teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset (SAP experience advantage)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to overtake business strategy into local logistics initiatives and implement them effectively

• Team-oriented, open to feedback and collaboration across functions and regions

• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills

• Experience in digital transformation, automation, or operational excellence projects is an advantage
