Key Responsibilities

Credit & Collection Management

  • Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms, and credit exposure
  • Track accounts receivable aging and lead collection follow-ups with Sales
  • Monitor bad debt risks and support provision analysis
  • Ensure compliance with Credit & Collection policies

Internal Control & Process Excellence

  • Act as Internal Control System (ICS) coordinator for the entity
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Identify and drive process improvements within finance
  • Ensure finance processes align with Group policies and best practices

Tax Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate with external tax consultants to ensure compliance with local tax regulations
  • Support tax filings, documentation, and tax-related reporting
  • Act as the finance focal point for tax matters

Finance Operations Support

  • Prepare and Coordinate manual payments (to authorities, and customer refunds, urgent vendor payments) and intercompany payments
  • Support regulatory reporting coordination
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Finance.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Finance Operations, or Internal Control
  • Experience working with external tax advisors or tax compliance matters is an advantage

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial mindset with interest in understanding business operations and supporting sales while managing financial risk
  • Good understanding of credit control, internal control, and tax compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
