Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operator based at our Perth Hilti Store, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining a safe and organised environment, and supporting both internal and external customers. You'll work closely with store and sales teams to ensure products are received, stored, picked, and dispatched efficiently while delivering the exceptional service Hilti is known for.
What You'll Do
- Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and deliveries.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock movements and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment and follow all safe work procedures.
- Support store operations and collaborate with team members to meet customer needs.
- Assist with inventory investigations and stock reconciliation activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide a positive and professional experience for customers visiting the store.
