Radio Certification engineer (m/f/X) 


With your experience in regulatory approvals and certification, you play a key role in shaping the development of our innovative products featuring a wide range of radio technologies. Working in a modern technical environment as part of an international team, you will have the opportunity to apply and further develop your expertise. 

Possibility to work less than 40 hrs./week (min. 32 hrs./week).


What you’ll do

  • Ensure timely global approvals for assigned products, with a particular focus on radio technologies within our development projects
  • Take technical ownership of RF and EMC compliance (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE, GNSS, NFC, etc.) in line with applicable regulations and standards
  • Research, interpret, and assess relevant international regulations and standards, and derive approval strategies and certification pathways
  • Develop independently the approval concepts to enable global market access
  • Coordinate all approval activities with internal and external partners, authorities, test labs, and certification bodies
  • Secure on-time market access through close steering and monitoring of all certification steps worldwide
  • Prepare and review approval files, as well as documentation for securing and sharing the know-how
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal and external approval processes and knowledge management
  • Role with growth potential: opportunity to expand technical and organizational capabilities and take on increased responsibility



What you’ll bring 

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • +3 years of experience in product approvals and RF certification, with a focus on radio technologies (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE, GNSS, NFC, etc.) 
  • Solid knowledge of RF, EMC, antenna design, and wireless communication
  • Ideally, hands- on experience in RF/EMC testing or in the development of radio modules
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills when working with external labs and cross-functional internal stakeholders
  • High level of ownership, strong analytical skills, and a business-oriented mindset
  • Proactive approach, courage to drive topics and a clear commitment to achieving results
  • German language skills are an advantage
