Opis i wymagania
What You'll do:
• Coordinate daily logistics operations with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution from order processing to delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics partners and internal departments on daily operational matters
• Monitor order accuracy, delivery performance and operational efficiency, taking action to improve customer satisfaction
• Track and analyze key logistics KPIs, including inventory accuracy, picking efficiency, cost and OTIF — On Time In Full — and prepare regular reports for review
• Identify repetitive or manual tasks in daily operations and propose practical ways to simplify, streamline or automate them
• Act as the local logistics process expert, ensuring operations follow global best practices, compliance requirements and local business needs
• Support the Distribution Manager on daily operations, issue resolution and continuous improvement activities
• Lead or support logistics initiatives and cross-functional projects, especially those related to process improvement, data visibility, systems or automation
What You'll bring:
• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, transport, warehouse operations, supply chain or related fields
• A strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset — you take pride in smooth daily operations and enjoy asking, “How can we do this faster, simpler or smarter?”
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners
• Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle daily operational issues calmly, identify root causes and prevent recurrence
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and comfortable working in both operational and office environments
• Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs and operational data to support decision-making
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, coordinate across functions and work effectively with external logistics vendors
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken (Mandarin is an advantage), enabling effective communication in a regional and multicultural business environment
Nice to have
• Strong Excel skills; Experience with ERP (SAP)/ WMS, VBA, Power Query, Power BI, AI-enabled productivity tools would be an advantage; Track record of automating or simplifying a previously manual workflow is a strong plus
• Experience with dangerous goods (DG) handling, or exposure to freight, customs declaration or cross-border operations
• Experience supporting logistics improvement projects or system/ process implementation
• Immediate availability would be an advantage
