Opis i wymagania

You will be responsible for generating sustainable sales revenue and maximizing Hilti’s share of business with Facade stakeholders in the KSA through project approach. By doing this, you will create sustainable business relationships with high-level contacts and present the Hilti value proposition and differentiation to decision-makers to secure business.


As a Project Account Manager VF , you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for our ventilate façade systems.


· Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned territory, targeting key ventilated façade projects.


· Engage with stakeholders (architects, consultants, contractors, developers) to specify and promote our façade systems.


· Deliver our value proposition and respond to technical and commercial inquiries.


· Work closely with internal teams (design, customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.


· Prepare and present tailored proposals in collaboration with the design team.


· Follow up on project approvals and drive the conversion of specifications into sales.


· Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry professionals.


· Think strategically and creatively to identify new business opportunities.



What will you bring: 

· Bachelor’s degree in civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture


· Min. 3 Years proven experience within the Façade industry (Ventilated Façade Preferred)


· Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in business development and sales.


· Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic.


· Ability to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders.


· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


· Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage project follow-ups effectively.


· A proactive, out-of-the-box thinker with a results-driven approach.


· Self-driven and ability to work autonomously
