What is the role ?
Are you curious about how great front-end experiences are built, tested, and optimised for customers around the world?

Do you want to be part of a team that turns ideas, designs, and business needs into high-quality digital solutions? As an Interim Front End Developer, you’ll support the build and optimisation of customer-facing website experiences, working closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, analysts, and developers to deliver engaging, accessible, and reliable front-end features for Hilti’s digital channels.

You’ll support the full testing lifecycle: understanding the business objective, translating requirements into front-end changes, building test variations using JavaScript and CSS, configuring experiments in A/B testing tools, checking quality across devices and browsers, and helping review results to identify what improves the customer experience.

You’ll also have the chance to:

  • Build A/B test variations using JavaScript, CSS, and front-end best practices
  • Work with A/B testing and experimentation tools to configure, preview, andQAtests.

  • Carry out QA across browsers, devices, and screen sizes to ensure test experiences work as intended.

Front-end development & optimisation:

  • Support improvements to website experiences by building lightweight front-end enhancements and prototypes.
  • Work with analytics teams to understand test performance, customer behaviour, and opportunities for further optimisation.
  • Document implementation details, reusable code snippets, and learnings so tests can be reviewed and scaled where appropriate.
  • Help maintain a high standard of quality, accessibility, and consistency across front-end test experiences.
