In this role, you will be responsible for defining, evaluating, designing, and improving security concepts and controls for OT security platforms and technologies, in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, to ensure resilient, safe, and compliant operations. The role requires deep technical expertise in ICS cybersecurity combined with strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with plant, logistics, after-market services, engineering, and management stakeholders, to enable effective delivery of security controls and capabilities.
- Define, evaluate, and implement complex OT security concepts into actionable controls, aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, and regulatory requirements across industrial environments
- Drive continuous improvement of OT security architecture, including network segmentation and secure design principles for IT/OT identity split, central remote access solution for third-party vendors, device hardening, threat and detection response capabilities
- Translate technical risks into business impact and process resilience, to support decision-making at operational (engineering, maintenance, etc.) and management levels
- Assess vulnerabilities, lead system hardening, and design compensating controls for ICS/SCADA platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, plant, and IT security teams to integrate OT security into operational processes
To help you succeed, we’ll provide you with everything you need so that we’re driving impact together from day one. You’ll find a stable working environment, exceptional support, learning and development, and a great team around you. Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
