We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team—a place where every day is different, dynamic, and full of new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling all incoming customer calls and inquiries (information, pricing, availability, deliveries, complaints, registrations, website support).
  • Preparing offers and generating sales through a consultative approach.
  • Supporting the sales team with customer information, stock availability, and operational data.
  • Coordinating between the customer and internal departments (store, service, logistics, finance, engineers, product teams).
  • Managing service requests – receiving, sending, tracking, and returning machines.
  • Supporting internal processes – training, documentation, policy compliance, and care for assets and safety.

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the development of sales for Hilti’s products and services (Fleet Management and ON!Track) and to strengthen relationships with a dedicated customer base through outbound calls. Responsibilities include continuous engagement with existing customers to ensure commitment, attracting new customers to expand geographic reach and market penetration, presenting and promoting new products and services, as well as actively collaborating with other departments.
