What You'll Do

• Serve as primary commercial and technical interface for assigned offshore EPCs (SBM, MODEC, YINSON, TechnipFMC, Saipem) and owners, driving sales of Modular Support Systems and Cable Transit solutions on FPSO/FLNG projects.
• Develop and execute account strategies to increase share of wallet and secure specifications for modular systems and cable transits on target projects.
• Build organizational maps and maintain senior relationships with C-level and technical decision-makers at EPCs and owners.

• Provide market intelligence on offshore trends and competitor activity to segment team; adjust strategies based on external pain points.
• 25%~50% traveling in China expected for engaging key Offshore EPCs and/or yards

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years in offshore Oil & Gas – ideally from SBM, MODEC, YINSON, TechnipFMC, Saipem, or similar EPCs.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing without authority.
• Ability to manage C-level relationships and complex stakeholders.
• Solid project management skills for multi-country complexity.
• High autonomy, ownership, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Technical understanding of key applications (after internal trainings) – able to answer 80% of customer questions without back-office support.
