What You’ll Do

As a Field Engineer, you’ll work closely with consultants, contractors, and the wider Hilti sales organization to deliver technical excellence and drive project success.

Maximize Hilti’s engineering influence by delivering technical solutions and design proposals to consultants and contractors.
Promote Hilti technologies, systems, and design methodologies to increase specification and market share.
Support the sales team by identifying opportunities, converting specifications into sales, and jointly developing key project strategies.
Conduct technical presentations, design workshops, and onsite support to ensure correct and optimized product usage.
Maintain close contact with project stakeholders to ensure Hilti solutions are adopted throughout the project lifecycle.
Uphold and exceed operational standards for design quality, documentation, compliance, and customer experience.
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and engineering services to deliver value-engineered solutions.
Provide field feedback and market insights to shape new products and digital engineering initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
Experience in direct customer-facing roles, technical consulting, or field engineering
Strong understanding of construction applications (anchors, firestop, MEP, structural, façade, oil & gas, or similar)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Customer-oriented mindset with high drive and learning agility
Ability to influence technical decisions at consultant and contractor level
UAE driving license and willingness to travel between project sites
