General Summary

CrewCenter is looking for seasoned Software test engineer to join our software development team with experience in testing large scale applications/features in a cloud environment. The candidate will be working closely with key members of the organization to identify, establish and drive innovation in the SaaS products at Hilti.

About the product

Hilti is working on a SaaS product related to Workforce management for construction site. This product enables construction companies to manage the productivity of construction workers. The application is currently in the early stages of development and is opened in limited markets. The application currently has functionality to capture time & attendance of job site workers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design test cases, and provide input on testability aspects.

• Understanding and focus on our business goals.

• Collaborate with product owners and developers to identify and prioritize tests scenarios based on business impact and risk assessment.

• Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test cycles within Jira Zephyr.

• Create, execute, and maintain end-to-end test automation scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

• Perform regression and integration testing to identify and report defects early in the SDLC.

• Emerge QA trends to continuously improve our testing process.

• Mentor and guide Junior QA engineers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SW Testing, with a Bachelors/Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or other technical related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Very good knowledge of testing principles, techniques, QA methodologies, processes, and best practices

• Capabilities of testing features end to end across all system components i.e. Backend (REST/GraphQL), Web & Mobile apps.

• Should have hands-on experience of writing test scripts in Java and on Selenium/Appium test framework.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Very good test automation skills with experience of developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and test automation suites (preferred Robot framework).

• Team player with strong structural, analytical, and critical thinking.

• Working experience with Agile/scrum, with good understanding of SDLC and the role of QA there.

• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
