Finance Controller (Czech/Slovak Speaker)

What’s the role?

As our Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the full financial performance and planning cycle of the Market Organization. As a trusted business partner to senior management, you will provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and help drive business performance.

What you'll do?

As part of the Controlling & Reporting team, you will work closely with the CFO to support strategy execution and financial planning. You will also collaborate directly with the CEO and Sales Directors to support business steering across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Month-End and Year-End Closing processes
• Financial Planning (Rolling Forecast & Game Planning)
• Driving and supporting cross-functional and regional projects
• Performance monitoring and result evaluation

What you bring?

• 1–3 years of experience, but we are equally open to talented and motivated recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow
• Background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• University degree
• Fluent English & Czech/Slovak language
• Business partnering mindset
• Ability to see the bigger picture and connect the dots
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Team-player attitude
• International mobility
