What you will do

• Offering professional services and technical support to identified key regional projects to maximize project success and technical sales

• Focus on specifiers. Providing specifications, calculations and technical advise to Hilti customers and specifiers

• Being the link and support to Engineers in the field.

• Identify and sell engineering services by developing relations and sales long term

• 提供專業服務與技術支援，協助重點區域專案提升成功率與技術銷售成果

• 聚焦規範設計端（specifiers），提供設計規範、計算與技術建議給 Hilti 客戶及設計單位

• 作為現場工程師的橋樑與支援角色，協助工程端問題解決

• 透過建立長期關係，辨識並推動工程服務銷售機會

What you will bring

• Engineering experience, preferably with experience from using CAD and BIM.

• Experience from working with construction projects

• Product knowledge within installation

• Preferably experience from working in Revit and Structural Mechanics

• Fluent Chinese and basic command of written and spoken English is required

• Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performing mindset

• React quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure

• Highly committed and a team player

• Self-motivated, quick learner and eager to be develop and improve

• 具工程相關經驗，具備 CAD 與 BIM 使用經驗尤佳

• 有建築或營建專案實務經驗

• 熟悉安裝相關產品知識

• 具 Revit 與結構力學（Structural Mechanics）經驗尤佳

• 中文流利，具基本英文讀寫與溝通能力

• 性格積極，具競爭力與高績效導向思維

• 能快速適應變動環境，並承受壓力下工作

• 高度投入、具團隊合作精神

• 主動學習、學習速度快，並具成長與自我提升動力
