Descrizione e requisiti
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
1. Ensure product quality and cost control: Electroplating process engineers need to ensure that the quality of electroplated products meets the requirements and assist production and technical managers in controlling production costs. Inspect, evaluate and implement internal work processes, solve problems related to production processes and equipment, and reduce various production costs and expenses. Supervise the on-site operation in accordance with the standard operation instructions and solve the process and quality problems in the production process.
2. Technical support and process improvement: Provide technical support, participate in the production of departmental system documents, analyze and continuously improve production processes, and review technical issues in the introduction of technologies and the development of new products. Solve the unexpected problems in the production process and deal with the defective products.
3. New project development and management: During the new project or product development stage, electroplating process engineers are responsible for process formulation, document writing, solution development evaluation, validation management, and other tasks. They also need to carry out process debugging for the new project to ensure the formulation, review and revision of the production process.
4. Training and team management: Electroplating process engineers are responsible for training new employees to enhance their electroplating skills. Assist the supervisor in organizing technical research work and solve the problems of promoting and adopting advanced technologies.
5. Equipment maintenance and management: Electroplating process engineers assist in the formulation and supervision of the implementation of maintenance plans for electroplating equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Requirements:
- Professional Background: Bachelor's degree or above is required, with a background in electrochemistry, materials science or related fields.
- Work Experience: More than 5 years of relevant work experience is required. Familiarity with electroplating processes, anodizing and other technologies is preferred.
- Skill Requirements: Be capable of formulating and revising process parameters, resolving abnormal issues during the production process, and possess interpersonal communication skills and project management capabilities.
- Tools: Familiar with problem-solving tools such as A3 and 8D.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Process: Familiar with the ISO9001 quality system.
