In this role, you’ll provide technical support and drive sales by partnering with designers and specifiers to solve complex challenges using Hilti solutions. You’ll secure commitments for specification or approval of Hilti engineered products, consult on innovative designs, and help customers build smarter, stronger, and more sustainably—while protecting projects with sound engineering judgment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Technical Consulting and Work with Designers/ Specifiers

• Establishing and maintaining a database of designers and monitoring their activities
• Visiting designers and design offices, providing professional consulting when planning Hilti solutions
• Preparing offers based on technical documentation

Fieldwork and Construction Sites

• Visits to active construction sites with high sales potential
• Collecting information about projects and contractors and forwarding key data to the field sales team
• Actively participating in projects important to the company

Sales Support and Internal Development

• Preparing and delivering training for field sales representatives (new products, refresher training)
• Assisting with technical inquiries and supporting customers
• Analysis of installation projects: potential calculation, preparation of project timelines, and coordination of resources

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Level VI education (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or another technical field)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, or a comparable position
• Excellent technical understanding of machinery and technical solutions
• Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
• Active knowledge of English 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and general computer literacy, AutoCad basics
