What You'll do


  • Manage the inflow of sales and non-sales candidates through multiple recruitment channel
  • Degree holder with solid experience in both in-house and agency recruitment
  • Strong in end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing to selection and closing
  • Manage candidate inflow across multiple channels and conduct direct searches
  • Skilled in online sourcing, social media outreach, video interviews, assessments and tests
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and external agencies throughout the full recruitment process
  • Attend career events and support campus recruitment
  • Excellent communication in Dutch, French and English
  • Organised team player, focused on results, proficient in MS Office, ATS systems and digital recruitment tools
