Outperformer Program - Global Leadership Trainee

 

Role Overview:

The Hilti Outperformer Program is a high impact, fast-track journey to develop future global leaders. Through one of our two development tracks, you will prepare for a global leadership career by being at the center of our customer-focused business model and taking full responsibility from day one. The program culminates in landing a global role within Hilti’s customer-focused business

 

What You’ll Do 

 

2 Years Outperformer Journey & Final Placement:

  • First 12 Months - as an Account Manager in India (any of the Metro Cities basis assigned territory), owning real responsibility from day one
  • Year 2: Lead and contribute to high-profile, business-critical projects in India and at our APAC Hub in Singapore
  • Landing Role outside the APAC Region post 2 years

 

Differentiated Exposures during first 2 years

  • Attend Hilti’s best in class 6-month WIN Learning Program to understand the depth of our business and solutions
  • A comprehensive learning journey with IMD business school in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a qualification from IMD.
  • Drive meaningful change through a Global Social Impact Project
  • Attend a Global Summit at Hilti HQ in Schaan
  • Participate in select meetings with Board Members
  • Get 1:1 mentoring by an Executive Management Team Member

 

 

 


 

What You’ll Bring 

 

  • A recently completed or ongoing Master’s degree (passed out in 2025, 2026 or by March 2027)
  • International exposure, with at least 4 weeks of in-person overseas experience (study or work)
  • 3 months to 4 years of professional experience
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g. Hindi, Marathi, French etc.)
  • A strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • Leadership potential demonstrated through academics, projects, or prior roles
  • An entrepreneurial, solution-oriented approach with a drive to take ownership
  • High learning agility, resilience, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Mobility and openness to relocate for stints, rotations, and future global roles
