About the Role

As a Hilti Store Representative, you will take ownership of our Ipswich Hilti Store, creating an outstanding customer experience while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

This is a unique opportunity to run the store with a high degree of autonomy, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, customer relationships, store performance, and stock management. While you'll work closely with colleagues across sales, customer service, and repair services, you will be responsible for running the store independently and ensuring every customer leaves with the right solution for their needs.

Through product demonstrations, relationship building, and proactive customer engagement, you'll become a trusted partner to local tradespeople, contractors, and businesses, helping them improve productivity through our market-leading tools, software, and services.
