What You'll Do
• Achieve business targets in creating opportunities and validating leads generated from different sources
• Identify right product and service to owned customers through in-store engagements, outbound calls and customer visits
• Work closely with other teams to maintain high customer satisfaction, including warmly receiving and assisting walk-in customers on behalf of other team members
• Conduct initial contact with potential customers and gather comprehensive information for future business development purpose
• Identify high potential customers to adopt our solution services (Fleet management)
• Build up and develop long term relationship with customers by providing added-value service and solutions to the customers through technical consultation and product demonstration
• Support daily store operations, including handling product pick-up and accurately operating the SAP system
• Assist in exploring and executing online promotional activities to drive visit
What You'll Bring
• Degree in any discipline
• Solution selling skill is a plus
• 2-3 years sales or telesales experience
• Past sales experience in building/construction materials is definitely an advantage
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and highly energetic
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an added plus)
• Computer savvy – MS Office especially Excel and Word
• Someone with high ambition and potential to excel and develop their career at Hilti
