Starting your journey in Spain, you will gain a deep understanding of our business, build meaningful customer relationships and take ownership of impactful projects while preparing for leadership roles within our global organization.
What you'll do
- Start in a customer-facing role (such as Account Manager orequivalent,tailored toyour experience) to build a solid understanding of our business,productsand customers.
- Create value for customers by developing trustedand strongrelationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Progress into a leadership role, managing ateam,and driving performance.
- Gain exposure to different business functions through hands-on experience and collaboration with diverse teams.
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects that support business growth and transformation.
- Move into broader responsibilities, with opportunities at regional or global level.
- Follow a development path designed to prepare you for senior leadership roles.
- What you'll bring
- Degree in Engineering, combined with an MBA or strong business exposure.
- Typically5–8 years of experience in consulting, industry,engineering,orsales.
- Proven leadership potential and the ability to influence, engage and collaborate with others.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, complemented by excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, plus the willingness to pursue an international career path, including future mobility opportunities across countries and regions.
