After-Market Service Intern Role Headline / Hook
Kick-start your career in Supply Chain and Logistics with Hilti and gain hands-on experience supporting spare parts planning, inventory management, and process improvement across a global supply chain network.

Role Overview
Hilti is looking for an After-Market Service Intern to join our Supply & Transport Management EMEA team within the After Market Services function. In this role, you will support the Materials & Process Manager in managing the flow of spare parts across Hilti Tool Service Centers in Europe, the Middle East, and India. You will gain exposure to inventory planning, materials management, process optimization, and cross-functional supply chain operations. 


What You'll Do
  • Support spare parts planning and inventory management activities across regional service centers.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory coverage, and service performance metrics.
  • Analyze operational data using Excel and support reporting activities.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support project work and continuous improvement activities within the AMS function.
  • Contribute to maintaining optimal spare parts availability and inventory performance.


What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Valid UAE residency under family or university sponsorship.
