Role Overview

Are you curious about how a social media team shapes and grows strong brand awareness around the world?

Do you want to be part of a team that drives our organic social media strategy across all countries that have a Hilti social media presence - from country specific Hilti social media accounts through to our employee advocacy platform? You’ll join an international team responsible for bringing social media to life across the world.

 

What you’ll do :

 

Hilti Network Content

  • Support in the planning, ideation, and conceptualization of social content for distribution to markets (Hilti Network)
  • Finalize, verify (quality control), import and publish social media assets via the platform
  • Assist in managing the Hilti Network editorial calendar
  • Coordinate content with regional social media teams
  • Create campaign performance reports and analyses

 

Social media operations & platform :

  • Facilitate and track platform-related tasks via JIRA, in conjunction with regional and market teams.
  • Coordinate internal and regional requests regarding social media and platforms
  • Analyze and propose process improvements
  • Coordinate monthly and annual social awards and recognition initiatives

 

Social media programs:

  • Assist in social program and campaign needs, as needed 


What You’ll Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree or Ongoing master's in business, digital marketing, marketing, public relations or related field
  • Fluent in English - Professional (preferably native) communication skills in verbal and written English for business interactions – additional languages are a plus
  • Detail Oriented & Reliable – You follow through on tasks, manage deadlines well, and keep track of multiple priorities without losing focus.
  • Strong Communicator – You are interested in connecting with colleagues and outsourcing partners around the world.
  • Solution Oriented Mindset – When faced with uncertainty, you seek solutions or ask the right questions rather than waiting for answers.
  • Team-Player – You enjoy supporting others and contributing to the team’s success.
  • Curious & Quick Learner – You take the initiative, absorb new information quickly, and show ownership over your learning curve. 

 

Nice to have :

  • Experience working with Facebook and LinkedIn Business Manager
  • Social Media CMS
  • Experience working in Marketing or Digital Marketing
