Description et critères

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, conduct outbound sales calls to generate revenue. 
  • Educate customers on Hilti products, services, and aftercare, emphasizing cost-efficient solutions.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and present Hilti’s value proposition. 
  • Collaborate with store reps and field account managers to achieve sales objectives. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields 
  • Proven phone-based sales experience; field sales experience advantageous.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English; Arabic
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, resilient, and able to work under pressure. 
  • Based in Riyadh and compliant with Saudization (KSA National requirement).
