Intern or thesis student – Procurement [m/f/x]

Role Overview

As an intern in our procurement team for the Business Unit Anchors, based in Schaan, Liechtenstein, you will be closely involved in development projects, time‑to‑market (TTM) initiatives, and serial supply activities. You will contribute to supplier relationship management, support contract-related topics, and assist with reporting and analysis.

 

This internship position has a flexible start date with a duration of 6–12 months.


What you’ll do

Working closely with our procurement team and in the Business Unit Anchors, you will support day-to-day procurement activities across development projects, time‑to‑market (TTM) initiatives, and serial supply. 


You will collaborate with an international and cross‑functional network, acting as a link between Procurement, Project Management, Development, Quality, and suppliers.


Depending on project priorities your profile and aspirations, you will get to lead projects such as:

  • Supporting supplier relationship management, including coordination, communication, and follow-ups
  • Assisting in contract-related topics, documentation, and compliance checks
  • Preparing and maintaining reports, cost overviews, and procurement trackers
  • Supporting purchasing processes for development and testing material
  • Contributing to process improvements and standardization within procurement
  • Assisting with risk, compliance, and sustainability-related topics in supply projects

Your manager and team will actively support your professional and personal development through close mentoring, regular feedback, and on-the-job learning. What you’ll bring

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master’s program for the whole internship duration, thesis-writing students are welcome
  • Educational background or experience in: Engineering, Business, Economics, Procurement , Logistics
  • Proficiency with these tools is a plus: Office 365, SAP, Ariba, SAP Business Network, Jira, Confluence, Power BI,
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of German is a plus
