Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice for our Global Strategic Marketing team, in Paris, you will play a key role in supporting early careers recruitment and employer branding initiatives across Digital, Marketing, and Technology functions. You will contribute to building strong university partnerships, managing recruitment processes for interns and apprentices, and ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

You will also participate in supporting Talent Management & Development Projects

 


What you’ll do


University Relations & Employer Branding

  • Build andmaintainstrategic partnerships with universities and business schools to strengthen employer branding
  • Support and coordinate campus activities (career fairs, events, presentations) to attract high-potential early-career talent
  • Contribute to employer value proposition (EVP) initiatives and represent the company during campus interactions and candidate interviews

Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Management

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for interns, apprentices, and junior profiles across Digital, Marketing, and Technology functions
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates while ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines and improve hiring efficiency for business-critical roles

 Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure a smooth,timely, and professional interview process to enhance overall candidate experience
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey

HR Administration & Onboarding

  • Administer employment contracts, HR documentation, and onboarding activities for interns and apprentices in compliance with internal policies and local regulations
  • Support onboarding preparation to ensure a positive first-day experience for new joiners
  • Maintainaccuraterecruitment and employee records in internal systems






What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ideally, this would be a 2-year apprenticeship contract, with a preferred schedule of 2–3 weeks in the company and 1 week at university.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and University Relations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and candidate-centric approach
