What You’ll Do 

  • Conduct credit risk assessments by analyzing customer financial statements, credit reports, and payment history.
  • Develop and maintain credit scoring models to evaluate risk and recommend credit limits.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and prepare risk dashboards for management.
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes to minimize bad debts.
  • Act as Internal Audit liaison for credit and collection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support ISO audit preparation.
  • Champion internal control systems (ICS) and risk mitigation measures.
  • Lead initiatives to improve credit and collection processes, including automation and e-invoicing.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and external banking partners to communicate credit decisions clearly.

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Knowledge of audit principles and ISO compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
