Own and develop relationships with specifier accounts, identify specification opportunities, support project development, and work closely with sales teams to drive business growth through engineering expertise and technical engagement.

負責建立並深化與設計顧問、規劃單位等規範制定客戶（Specifier Accounts）的合作關係，主動發掘產品導入（Specification）機會，支持專案開發進程，並與業務團隊密切合作，透過工程專業知識與技術顧問式互動，推動業務成長。 

What You Will Do

• Own and develop relationship with specifier accounts

• Identify applications, define opportunity for specification, and specify Hilti products/solutions with the customer (both jobsite and office)

• Drive, organize, and execute technical seminars and product training sessions for strategic focus accounts (owner and EPC contractor)

• Lead and host demonstrations of engineering-relevant products and solutions to all accounts

• Work with and support sales team for achieving NS target

• Support project management team in collecting and filtering project information e.g. location, scope, eco-system, etc.

• 主導並執行工程相關產品與解決方案的展示與示範，面向各類客戶

• 與業務團隊協作，支持達成淨銷售（NS）目標

• 支援專案管理團隊蒐集與篩選專案資訊，例如地點、範疇、生態系統等關鍵資料

What You Will Bring

Functional Expertise

Good to have

• B.A. Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering

• Good presentation skills on Power Point and in person/public

• Good at inter-personal communication

• Competent in CAD

• Competent in Pivot tables

• Competent in REVIT or S3D

• Good English skills

• Solution-based field engineering experience

• Basic knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering

• 土木工程或結構工程學士學歷

• 具備良好的簡報能力（PowerPoint）及現場／公開場合表達能力

• 良好的人際溝通能力

• 熟悉 CAD 操作

• 熟練使用樞紐分析表（Pivot Tables）

• 熟悉 Revit 或 Smart3D（S3D）

• 具備良好的英文能力

• 具備以解決方案為導向的現場工程經驗

• 具備基本電機與機械工程知識

• Used to work for or be part of the construction project team in the electronic industry

• Industrial connection with specifiers, in-house specifiers, engineering consultant, etc.

• Experienced or familiar with applications of fastening to concrete and steel, rebar, and fire-stop

• 曾任職或參與電子產業相關建廠／建設專案團隊

• 具備與規範制定者（Specifier）、企業內部設計單位、工程顧問等的產業連結

• 熟悉或具備混凝土與鋼構固定系統、鋼筋應用（rebar）以及防火填塞（fire-stop）相關應用經驗
