此職位主要負責現場拉拔測試、防火教育訓練，以及 Hilti 錨栓產品的安裝與應用說明，結合實務操作與技術說明，協助客戶正確理解與使用產品。

What you will do

• Conduct anchor and rebar pull-out tests, including TAF-certified testing and general on-site testing

• Test the tensile and torque performance of installed anchors and issue testing or certification reports
  Deliver fire protection training sessions and presentations, explaining current regulations and practical applications

• Guide customers on passive fire protection principles (e.g. fire compartmentation), regulations, certifications, and fire protection applications

• Introduce proper selection of fire protection products and conduct hands-on training to ensure safe installation

• Deliver Hilti anchor installation training, including product applications, classifications, and selection criteria

• Explain different types of anchors and identify the most suitable anchor for various applications

• Educate customers on correct installation principles and how to understand and follow installation manuals

• 執行錨栓與植筋拉拔測試（TAF 認證拉拔及一般現場拉拔）

• 協助客戶測試已安裝錨栓之拉力與扭力係數，並出具測試／認證報告

• 進行防火相關教育訓練與簡報，說明現行法規之規範與實際應用

• 指導客戶被動式防火原理（如防火區劃）、相關法規、認證與防火應用

• 說明防火產品的正確選擇方式，並進行實作課程，協助客戶安全安裝

• 進行 Hilti 錨栓安裝培訓，說明產品分類、應用情境與選購原則
  教育客戶各類錨栓的差異，以及如何依應用需求選擇合適產品
  說明正確安裝的基本規則，並指導如何理解與遵循使用說明書

• Ability to clearly explain technical content and deliver presentations or training sessions

• Capability to understand and explain product applications, regulations, and installation requirements

• Comfortable working with customers and providing professional technical support
