ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAINEE – ZAGREB AND SURROUNDING AREA

Our account managers serve as the go-to contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to make construction better by being their partner for productivity, safety, and sustainability.
Firstly, you will go through a training program in our office (up to 12 months) which includes getting familiar systematically with the business before assuming independent responsibilities on the field. As soon as the first opportunity arises and the position frees up, you will be taking over your responsibilities in the field. Program consists of three job rotations in Customer Care, Store and After Market Service. Emphasis on a learning-by-doing approach with continuous feedback and mentoring support. The program ensures systematic familiarization with the business before assuming independent responsibilities of an Account Manager in the field.
What You'll do
- Building relationships – you’ll meet with customers at a moment’s notice or be actively present to capture business opportunity.
- Time and Territory Management (TTM) - creating a daily schedule (including presence on jobsites and client offices) to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory
- Be a Hilti Champion – you’ll carry the technical knowledge to present high level customer consultations in your defined territory and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace
- Tracking your progress – you’ll utilize Salesforce to record all the interactions you had to make a sale as reporting is a key part of this role
What You’ll Bring
- Advantage: university degree in economics or technical field
- Advantage: experience in sales
- High level of motivation, passion for sales, team player, attention to detail and results-oriented
- High level of commitment proven by previous work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of courage
- High level of integrity
- Knowledge of Croatian (advanced/native) and English (intermediate)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Driver’s license

3. Field ride: half a day on-site shadowing to get a hands-on experience of a typical day of an Account Manager.

Monthly salary: 2150€ gross + bonus + additional benefits
