Brand, Digital & Communication Manager (1 year temporary position)
Malmö, Sverige
What’s the role?
As Brand, Digital & Communication Manager, you'll lead the brand, digital, and communication agenda to strengthen brand awareness, accelarate business growth, and ensure clear, consistent messaging and high-impact communication, both internally and externally.
You will combine strategic thinking, execution, and people leadership, working closely with management and leading a high-impact team across channels.
This role is a temporary maternity cover, ideally from August 2026 to September 2027.
What you’ll do:
Together with your team, you will translate brand and business strategies into impactful, data-driven communication and digital experiences. Your aim will be to boost brand visibility in the market and enhance its relevance. By implementing effective internal communication, you will foster engagement, encourage change, and promote transparency. At the same time, you will advance your marketing expertise by embracing innovative digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive the digital & brand strategy for Sweden, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local business priorities
• Lead the digital and communication roadmap, including campaigns, content, events, social media and digital platforms
• Ensure strong internal communication, supporting engagement, change initiatives and leadership communication
• Act as strategic partner to management and key stakeholders
• Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing, brand, digital and communication specialists/project managers
• Set priorities, allocate resources and secure delivery with high quality and impact
• Follow up on KPIs such as brand awareness, net sales, customer platform, engagement, reach and campaign effectiveness
• People Leadership: Line manager responsibility for the Brand/Digital/Communications team. With responsability to create clarity on roles, ways of working and priorities and drive competence development and performance oriented culture.
What you’ll bring
- Preferably a university degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications or business administration)
- Experience within the Digital, Brand and communication field
- Preferable previous team leadership experience
