About the Role

As a Specification Engineer you will provide technical expertise and consultation to consultants, specifiers, designers, and key contractor design teams, primarily during the design phase of projects.

Working across a national territory you will identify and propose the most appropriate engineering solutions by combining your technical knowledge with Hilti's range of products, software, and services. Through early engagement with project stakeholders, you will influence design decisions, develop specification opportunities, and support the delivery of safe, compliant, and productive construction solutions.

This role combines technical engineering expertise, relationship management, and specification development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with industry professionals to influence project outcomes from the earliest stages of a project.

  • Build relationships with consultants, specifiers, and contractor design teams through ongoing technical support, training, education, and networking activities, developing specification opportunities and influencing project outcomes.
