What is the role?

 

This role is a highly impact L&D professional role to own and deliver leadership and culture training programs in Hong Kong, while contributing to regional leadership development initiatives and driving L&D operational excellence.

This role is critical in strengthening our training capability in Hong Kong entity, enhancing first-line leadership effectiveness, and improving overall learning impact across the market.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Training Delivery (Hong Kong Focus / North Asia region occasionally)

  • Deliver Leadership Academy programs for first-level leaders 
  • Facilitate Company’s Culture programs (e.g. Team Camp) and on-boarding program
  • Conduct Specific Skills training to support business needs
  • Lead engaging, practical sessions in Cantonese and English

 

2. Regional Programs Co-Development

  • Partner with Regional Leadership Training Leaders to: 
    • Co-develop Leadership Academy content
    • Adapt programs to evolving business needs
  • Bring Hong Kong market insights (frontline challenges, cultural context) into regional programs design

 

3. L&D Operations & Enablement across Asia Region

  • Learning Impact Measurement
    • Track and evaluate training effectiveness and business impact
  • FUSE Platform Management & TMS
    • Manage content, drive adoption, and monitor learning engagement
  • Training Planning & Coordination
    • Own Hong Kong training calendar and programs scheduling
    • Coordinate with stakeholders across L&D, HR, and business teams
