What’s the role?
As an IT Business Analyst in our team you design, implement, and support innovative and reliable digital supply chain solutions. In close collaboration with our business counterparts, other IT departments, and external partners you will hands-on shape the way of doing Supply Chain Planning and Replenishment of the future for more than 50 Hilti organizations worldwide.
The position is full time and you will be located in our strategic IT office in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). You will be part of our international team (located in Malaysia and Switzerland).
What does the role involve?
As an IT Business Analyst in Hilti’s Demand and Supply Management IT team, you’ll design, implement, and run advanced digital supply chain solutions. Our portfolio includes Blue Yonder S&OP, SAP S/4HANA (on-prem/Public Cloud), and SAP APO. You’ll shape future Supply Chain Planning systems and enhance existing Replenishment processes. Collaborating in an agile setup, you’ll translate logistics business needs into impactful IT solutions while engaging with product owners and developers. What you need is
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration with Cumulative Grade Point Average > 3.0 or similar grading.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Affinity to link supply chain management topics (Planning, Procurement, S&OP, etc.) with Information Technology
- Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and good stakeholder management & communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player approach with the ability to connect with global partners to bond, inspire, influence and accomplish goals
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
