Events & Operations Coordinator

As an Events & Operations Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of events, branding initiatives, communications, and operational activities that strengthen our brand and enhance customer engagement. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate customer events, exhibitions, product launches, internal meetings, and trade shows. 
• Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, registrations, travel, catering, branding materials, and timelines. 
• Support branding initiatives across customer touchpoints, offices, and events. 
• Prepare and coordinate communications such as newsletters, invitations, and promotional materials. 
• Maintain commercial activity calendars and support cross-functional collaboration. 

What You'll bring

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid) in line with Emiratization requirements.
• 6 months to 2 year of experience in event management, marketing coordination, communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
