What’s the role? 

The Content and Paid Media Operations Manager plays an instrumental role in delivering content and campaigns in front of the customers by ensuring a seamless process of rolling out campaigns to the markets including - content creation, localization, and campaign execution - through structured workflows, cross-team alignment, and quality assurance. This role designs, optimizes and executes operational processes to deliver campaigns efficiently, maintain governance standards, and support continuous improvement across global and regional teams.

 What does the role involve?  
 From day one,youllplay a hands-on role in helping coordinate campaignrollouts, working in scrum teams, with global agencies, markets, and variety of global stakeholders to make sure everything goes live on time, on strategy and meets the quality requirements. 

Key Tasks include:  

Content Operations 

  • Create and coordinate workflows for global content creation and rollout, ensuring smooth delivery across markets. 
  • Manage content upload processes in Content Management System , Content Hub, and Marketing Cloud. 
  • Perform quality checks on creative assets (Figma boards, landing pages) to ensure compliance with brand and paid media requirements. 
  • Maintain governance standards for templates, metadata, and URL structures. 
  • Support rollout meetings and agile ceremonies to ensure transparency and alignment. 

Campaign Operations 

  • Oversee paid media asset localization, landing pages and ensure timely deployment across channels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn). 
  • Manage QA processes for paid media flows, including tagging, UTM setup, and platform readiness. 
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for campaign cutover and go-live. 
  • Implement standardized naming conventions and ensure compliance for reporting and cross-charging. 

Cross-Team Collaboration 

  • Act as the main point of contact for HUBs and markets during global rollouts and ensure seamless flow of information to the scrum team when required. 
  • Facilitate collaboration between content, paid media, analytics, and technical teams. 
  • Drive adoption of global workflows and enable behavioral/process changes in the markets. 
  • Consolidate roll-out progress reporting and maintain a single source of truth for campaign operations for markets and global teams. 

Optimization & Continuous Improvement 

  • Identify workflow gaps, optimize processes, and propose automation opportunities. 
  • Introduce data-driven decisions based on insights and feedback. 
  • Capture lessons learned post-launch and implement process improvements 

 What you need is 

 

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing operations, content management, or campaign execution (paid media/emails). 
  • Strong knowledge of HIlti’s internal systems including CMS, PDP, Content Hub, Marketing Cloud, and paid media platforms. 
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for workflow management. 
  • Familiarity with localization workflows and vendor coordination. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and dashboard tools (Power BI). 
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus..
