Job Title: Fulfillment Manager

 

What You’ll Do 

Project Preparation

  • Define and align supply concepts per project
  • Contribution to large order directive process (provide logistics input)
  • Gather specific logistics requirements via logistics project business checklist (e.g labelling, packaging, deliveries, unloading, timing, etc.)
  • Check internal capacities and pro-actively propose alternatives for potential bottleneck material
  • Member of capture team for big projects

 

Project execution

  • Contact for sales team or customer from operations (e.g. Delivery, planning, jobsite logistics, …) and internal interface for Warehousing, Transportation, Prefab, Specials
  • Project coordination between Onsite Project Manager/Sales and Logistics functions
  • Provide forecasts to suppliers to ensure availability and agree alternative for BOM
  • Ensure correct order entry, manage changes, CCN’s, escalation
  • Single point of contact for sales, engineering, and customer

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Supply chain and logistics knowledge and experience
  • MBA in Operations management preferred
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills
  • Competent and proactive approach to internal and external customers
  • Entrepreneurial approach
  • MS Office skills
