Drive cash flow, reduce risk, and lead high-performing collections strategies

The purpose of the role is to manage and optimize the credit and collection activities of the market organization with the local team by utilizing best practice processes and systems and applying the credit and collection policy. The role involves execution and improvement cycles for the Internal Control System, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing and leading a high-performing diverse team. The job holder is responsible for all aspects of the Credit and Collection function, including developing and implementing credit and collections policies.

What You'll do

- Lead and oversee all credit and collection activities within the market organization to ensure healthy cash flow and minimized financial risk.

- Monitor customer credit exposure and make informed decisions to optimize risk management and collection performance.

- Develop strategies to improve collections efficiency, reduce overdue accounts, and enhance overall financial performance.

- Lead, coach, and develop Credit & Collection team to achieve operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

•    Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administrative from a reputable University

•    At least 7 years of credit collection role experience

•    Strong leadership capability with proven experience managing teams.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•    Dynamic personality with strong winning and high-performance mindset

•    Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment

•    Self-motivated and a quick learner

•    Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
