At Hilti Subscription & Development Platform, our DevOps Engineers build and run the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines behind Hilti's digital services. You'll deliver Target Infrastructure Landscape (TIL) projects and drive Infrastructure Lifecycle Management across AWS - with real ownership, fast decisions, and room to grow. High impact, no silos.

What You'll do

• Cloud infrastructure & reliability – Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, for availability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Manage Infrastructure as Code and automated provisioning.

• CI/CD & Automation – Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for frequent, reliable releases. Set up pipelines, infrastructure, and monitoring for product teams, enabling them through automation and self-service.

• Operations & Support – Provide 2nd/3rd-level support, lead incident handling and root cause analysis, and coordinate evergreen (keep-current) activities with product teams.

• Security & Standards – Apply security, access management, and operational standards in line with Hilti’s Enterprise Architecture and Security principles.

• Innovation – Explore new technologies, drive technical change, and use AI-assisted workflows to improve automation.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience, both leading and contributing on projects.

• Strong AWS (or comparable cloud) skills, with containers and Infrastructure as Code.

• Hands-on CI/CD and tooling such as Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes, plus observability (CloudWatch or Datadog).

• Strong problem-solving and ownership, with clear communication and exposure to AI-assisted tooling.
