Account Manager – Onshore & Power
What’s the role?
As an Account Manager – Onshore & Power, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts in onshore & power, including Onshore Yard, Oil Refinery, Chemical Plants, Power Plants, Substations, and industrial energy projects.
You will work closely with EPC contractors, consultants, operator, and project owners to position Hilti solutions throughout the project lifecycle, from specification to execution.
You will report directly to the Area Sales Manager and play a critical role in account development as well as driving project-based sales growth within the onshore & power segment.

What does the role involve?
Sales & Account Development
Achieve assigned sales targets within the onshore power segment.
Develop and grow key accounts including:
EPC contractors.
O&G contractors
O&G facilities
Identify and pursue new project opportunities in power plants, O&G, and energy infrastructure.
Project & Technical Engagement
Engage customers at different project stages: Design & specification. Tender & bidding. Construction & installation
Promote Hilti solutions such as:
Anchoring & fastening systems
Firestop (passive fire protection)
MEP support systems
Installation of solutions for electrical & power applications
Tools
Work closely with Business Developer and Marketing teams to deliver project-specific solutions.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
Maintain strong understanding of:
O&G and Power market trends
Customer buying behavior
Competitor activities
Provide regular market feedback and project pipeline updates to management.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely collection of receivables and manage credit risk.

What you need is:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil preferred) or Business.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience in:
- Power, Electrical systems,
- Experience working with investors/owners in the power and energy sector.
- Experience in sales and in providing technical solutions within the energy and oil & gas industries.
- Open to candidates with an engineering background in the energy sector, even without prior sales experience.
Skills & Mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to engage with EPC, consultants, and project owners.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
Highly adaptable with a strong “can-do” attitude.
